Yoko Takahashi's “Zankoku na Tenshi no Te-ze” EVANGELION 30th Anniversary Edition was released on vinyl in Japan in February 2026 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Evangelion series. This standard LP edition features eight Evangelion-related tracks, including the iconic “A Cruel Angel's Thesis,” “FLY ME TO THE MOON 2020,” “A Tender Embrace,” and “TENSIONS - welcome to the stage.” The jacket features a newly drawn illustration by Ikuto Yamashita, the mechanical designer of the Evangelion series. An essential vinyl edition for Evangelion fans and collectors of Japanese anime music.
