The Crying Xpress is the 2026 album by Japanese singer-songwriter and producer Le Makeup. Built around minimal synths, emotional vocals, clean-toned guitars and alternative ambient pop, the album turns intimate feelings, loneliness and the search for connection into a deeply personal yet contemporary sound. Featuring Telematic Visions, Satoko Shibata and Dove, the record includes the sampled “each dreams riddim,” the intimate lead track “hold on,” and the atmospheric “ivory recording.” Released on LP by AWDR/LR2 in July 2026, this is an essential new title for collectors of contemporary Japanese alternative pop and experimental music.
